Created to search for future leaders equipped to solve Cambodia’s great challenges, SmartStart Unipreneur Learning Platform (ULP) is an educational initiative between Smart Axiata and Impact Hub Phnom Penh. It is the first online bilingual learning platform to introduce entrepreneurship to Cambodian students (in Khmer and English) through partnerships with universities and a blended learning approach.

Happening at the Canopy @ Raintree, the National Hackaton is bringing 12 teams from six universities together to pitch their business ideas to a panel of esteemed judges for a chance at winning a fully paid tech exposure trip to Singapore.
